Samagra Shiksha - Effective Implementation of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) & Learning Improvement Programme (LIP) Supportive Supervision Visits
To strengthen the effectiveness of classroom practices, visit protocols for the academic year 2025-26 have been revised and outlined below.

On the 28th of every month, District Educational Officers (DEOs) shall convene a District-Level Review Meeting with all Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs) and Complex Headmasters (CHMs) to review the status of school visits, clessroom observations, and the progress of Student Learning Outcomes under FLN and LIP initiatives.
On the 29th of every month, the Director of School Education & State Project Director, Sarnagra Shiksha, shall convene a State-Level Review Meeting with RJDSEs, DEOs, District Quality Coordinators-Samagra Shiksha, SCERT faculty, and other concerned state-level officials to review the status of school visits, classroom observations, and the progress of Student Learning Outcomes under the FLN and LIP programmes.
